Inaugurated in 1997 by King Juan Carlos I of Spain and the then-First Lady Hilary Rodham Clinton, the KJC promotes research, teaching and dialogue about Spain and the Spanish-speaking world. This brief informational video uses historical footage and an interview with the Center’s Associate Director, Laura Turégano, to give a sense of the range of activities undertaken by the KJC.
